Tricks 'n' Treats at the White House!

A photo of Halloween at the White House. Hey, is that Father Richtsteig in the Stormtrooper outfit?!?

The President decided to wear his usual mask.

Dear Catherine, I just love your blog - I read it every day - even if you don't post. You are such a delightful person to know and quite humorous too. I shall tell everyone I know to subscribe to your wonderful and enchanting blog.

Thanks so much for all your valuable insight and fashion commentary. I really mean that.

I'd say there are more tricks than treats coming from the White House...but I'm just an old crab!

Thanks for the vote of confidence, Cathy...although if you polled the people I live with, they might be of a different opinion:<)!!
Happy All Souls! I love this day; a real opportunity to pray for our beloved dead.

Father: Me too. I just got back from the Catholic cemetary near my house and the vet cemetary that my Mom and brother are buried in. There were a few folks there praying or decorating graves but, sadly, not many. The secular holidays for remembering the dead get more attention-even by Catholics. I think that is sad.

AA: LOL! Superb point.

Interesting post... I can see that you put a lot of hard work on your blog. I'm sure I'd visit here more often.
